Aspheric lenses

Our OEM provides a diverse selection of aspheric lenses crafted from N-BK7, UVFS, or S-LAH64 optical materials. Compared to spherical lenses, aspheric lenses offer superior optical performance, reduce the number of required components, and lower design costs.

Leveraging advanced glass molding techniques, our partner delivers aspheric optics with exceptional precision and affordability. Precision aspheric lenses, meticulously polished using CNC technology, are engineered to achieve diffraction-limited performance. Our OEM offers plano-convex aspheric lenses made from N-BK7, S-LAH64, or UVFS. These lenses can be customized with various anti-reflective coatings to meet specific optical requirements

Plano-Convex Lenses

Plano-convex lenses, with their positive focal length and one curved surface, are designed for parallel light or basic imaging applications. These versatile lenses are ideal for general-purpose focusing requirements.

These simplest form lenses have flat surface on one side and spherical surface on the other. They are made of UV FS, Bk7,  CaF2.

Biconvex Lenses

Biconvex lenses are considered symmetrical lenses which are simple in nature and consist of two convex lenses in a spherical form.

Biconvex lenses, made of UV FS, BK7 are all symmetrical. They are recommended for virtual imaging of real objects, and for positive conjugate ratios from 0.2 up to 5

Plano-Concave Lenses

Plano-concave lenses are negative lenses that consist of a concave surface and a plane surface. These lenses are thicker at the edge than in the centre and flat on one side. The plano-concave lenses are used to expand light beams or to increase focal lengths in optical systems.

These types of lenses are commonly used in Galilean telescopes but are also common in optical systems to balance out aberrations caused by other lenses in the system.
